- Full-time Lawn Care / Maintenance Foreman JB's Landscapes and Lawn Care is currently hiring a full-time Lawn Care / Maintenance Foreman to lead our lawn maintenance crews and help keep both our commercial and residential properties looking their best year-round.
We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented leader who is passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this key role, you'll oversee daily lawn care and landscape maintenance operations, lead and mentor crew members, ensure high-quality workmanship, and build strong relationships with our clients. What You'll Do Lead and supervise lawn care and maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties Coordinate daily operations, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow Perform and oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups Monitor the quality of completed work to ensure company standards are consistently met or exceeded Train, mentor, and motivate team members in lawn care, horticulture practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures Operate and maintain commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment Troubleshoot common equipment issues and perform basic maintenance as needed Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe work environment for employees and clients Communicate professionally with customers, provide project updates, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction Build strong client relationships through reliable service and attention to detail Assist with snow removal operations during the off-season as needed What We're Looking For Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred (or a strong desire to grow into a leadership role) Knowledge of lawn care practices, plant health, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, and general landscape maintenance Ability to safely operate commercial lawn care and landscaping equipment Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality work Valid driver's license Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift equipment or materials as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Company uniforms Employee of the Month bonuses Direct deposit Paid holidays Paid vacation Seasonal bonus opportunities Supplemental dental, health, and vision plans available Leadership development and growth opportunities A supportive team environment where your work makes a visible impact every day If you're ready to lead a great team, create exceptional outdoor environments, and grow your career with a company that values quality, teamwork, and customer satisfaction, apply today and let's grow together!
