What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Consistent, steady work throughout the season Training and clear advancement opportunities Winter work opportunities (snow removal) for top performers Positive, team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, trimming, and edging on residential properties Complete spring and fall cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup, bed edging) Install mulch and perform shrub pruning as needed Safely operate and maintain equipment (zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Assist with basic equipment maintenance and care Work efficiently with crew members to complete daily routes Follow direction from crew leaders and complete jobs within budgeted timeframes Requirements Minimum 1-2 years mowing experience Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
