Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and watering to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery like excavators under supervision to perform landscaping and construction activities Support tree care efforts including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient water management Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials regularly Contribute to hardscape projects such as installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls with precision and care Perform snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for properties and pathways Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, or excavators is a plus but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning enhances your suitability for the role Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and hardscape projects Prior experience in snow plowing or irrigation systems is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to cultivate beautiful landscapes while gaining valuable hands-on experience!
