Grounds Person / Painter

Responsibilities:

Perform general groundskeeping and landscape maintenance Interior and exterior painting (prep, finish work, touch-ups) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively Assist with other maintenance tasks as needed

Experience in groundskeeping and painting is

REQUIRED

Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and follow instructions Ambitious, reliable, and self-motivated
