Job Description

We're hiring a Skilled Gardener / Garden Lead at Breakthrough Property Services. We're looking for someone with strong plant knowledge, leadership experience, and a sharp eye for detail. This role includes managing multiple accounts, overseeing employees, maintaining beautiful garden spaces, and assisting with plant design and layout. What we're looking for: Knowledge of plant types and care Experience with pruning, weeding, edging, and garden maintenance Ability to manage multiple properties and crews Dependable, organized, and self-motivated Design sense for plantings and landscape improvements This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors and takes pride in creating polished, beautiful spaces.
Pay:
$24.00 - $32.00 per hour
