Lawn Care Team Lead

We provide high-quality, environmentally friendly lawn care services while promoting a healthier planet. Position Overview We are hiring a Lawn Care Team Lead to help grow and lead our mowing team. This is a key role responsible for running a 2-person crew, managing a route, and ensuring every property is completed efficiently and to company standards. You will spend most of your time working independently without direct supervision. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their route, make smart decisions on-site, and lead by example. This role requires someone who works with urgency, maintains high standards, and takes pride in their work. Requirements (Must-Have) Valid driver's license with insurable driving record Ability to operate a 1-ton truck with trailer Ability to obtain a DOT medical card Reliable transportation to and from work Minimum 1 year experience operating: Zero-turn mower Weed whacker / line trimmer Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining quality How the Work Actually Looks You will run a 2-person crew and manage your own route Drive the truck & trailer Mow with a zero-turn mower Assist with trimming and blowing as needed to keep jobs moving Ensure clean, consistent results on every property Keep jobs on schedule and on track We work on structured routes with time goals, so working efficiently as a team is key to staying on schedule throughout the day.
