Join our team and enjoy working in one of the most picturesque settings in the region. Position Summary This is a seasonal full time position. Tuesday - Saturday schedule. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and accessibility of resort grounds. This includes landscaping, snow removal, and general upkeep, as well as assisting with material transport and special requests as needed. Snow removal and plowing experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Perform landscaping duties including mowing, weed trimming, planting, mulching, and watering Maintain clean and safe grounds by removing litter, snow, and debris from walkways and parking areas Assist with minor painting and general upkeep of surrounding areas Transport materials and fulfill requests for staff and guests Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely and effectively Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulations Stay current with best practices through training and professional development Contribute to the overall success of the Grounds Department by supporting additional tasks and initiatives

Requirements:

Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience with equipment operation and basic maintenance Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated with a proactive attitude High attention to detail and thoroughness Ability to communicate important information effectively Dependable and reliable Valid driver's license with a good driving record Love working outdoors and being part of a great team?
