POSITION OVERVIEW
Join Back to Nature Home as a Mow Team Crew Member. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on maintaining turf areas and overall property appearance across high-end residential landscapes. Working alongside a Crew Leader and team, you will help execute daily mowing routes efficiently while maintaining our standards for precision, cleanliness, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing clean, consistent results and enjoys working outdoors in a team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine turf maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Operate commercial mowing equipment (walk-behind, stand-on, and/or ride-on mowers) Ensure clean, sharp lines and a polished finish on all properties Follow assigned routes and complete properties efficiently and on schedule Assist with basic landscape upkeep such as debris removal and light bed maintenance Conduct daily equipment checks and report maintenance or repair needs Maintain clean and organized trucks and equipment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Represent the company professionally while on client properties
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in lawn maintenance or landscape maintenance preferred Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is strongly preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license is a plus (if applicable) Bilingual in Spanish is a plus The Perks 401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay Transparency Mariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed. Position Range:
