In this energetic role, you'll work alongside skilled professionals to maintain and enhance various landscapes, ensuring each project meets high standards of quality and aesthetic appeal. Whether you're trimming trees, installing hardscape features, or caring for lawns, your contributions will directly impact the beauty and health of our clients' properties. This is a paid position designed to foster growth, skill development, and a passion for outdoor craftsmanship. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep properties vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks including trimming, digging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other masonry features Perform lawn care activities including aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and snow plowing during appropriate seasons Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and assisting with system installation or repairs Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Support excavation projects using equipment like excavators for site preparation or landscaping modifications Assist with horticultural practices including planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and maintaining garden beds Participate in landscape design projects by preparing sites and installing plants or decorative features under supervision Experience Basic mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and hand tools is preferred Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Familiarity with landscaping techniques such as hardscape installation or tree trimming enhances your ability to contribute effectively Knowledge of irrigation systems or snow plowing operations is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is essential for success in this role Experience working with construction or horticulture projects demonstrates adaptability and a strong work ethic A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to landscaping, tree care, or maintenance will help you thrive in this energetic environment
