Landscape Crew Member

Overview This is a great opportunity for someone looking for something better than standing behind a register, gas pump, or stocking shelves all day. We're looking for someone physically capable, dependable, a fast learner, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. The job includes lawn maintenance, landscaping projects, operating equipment, driving trucks and trailers when needed, and helping maintain up to 15 properties per day. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and general property upkeep Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Assist with hardscape installations including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and masonry features Complete lawn care services such as aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and seasonal snow removal Help install and maintain drainage and irrigation systems Assist with excavation and site preparation as needed Maintain, clean, and service equipment daily Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods Valid driver's license is a must Reliable vehicle required for transportation to work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Preferred Experience Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment preferred Experience with hardscaping, drainage, or irrigation systems is beneficial Ability to operate dump trucks and trailers is a plus

Schedule & Pay Schedule:

Part-time with opportunity to gradually grow into full-time hours

Monday-Saturday (flexible scheduling available)

Pay:

Starting at $17/hour Opportunities for growth and advancement available
