Your work will involve hands-on gardening, landscape maintenance, and the use of various tools to uphold the highest standards of care. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and planting to keep grounds attractive and well-kept Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, hedge cutters, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Use hand tools for planting, pruning, weeding, and soil preparation to support healthy plant growth Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair Assist with general gardening duties such as fertilizing, mulching, and pest control to promote vibrant landscapes Support ongoing landcare efforts by performing routine maintenance tasks like debris removal and pathway upkeep Experience Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Knowledge of lawn care practices including mowing, edging. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude toward outdoor work in all weather conditions Excellent physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts This position is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor environments who thrive in active roles that combine technical skills with a sense of purpose.
