  • Full-time is Job Summary Experienced Landscaper / Hardscape Crew Leader BT Property Services is looking to hire a reliable and experienced Landscaper with Hardscape experience who can also lead a mowing crew during the landscape maintenance season.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and capable of managing a small team. We service high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Northern New Jersey and are looking for someone who is dependable, skilled, and ready to grow with our team. Minimum Requirements 3+ years of professional landscaping experience Valid driver's license and ability to drive company trucks Must speak English (bilingual Spanish/English preferred) Ability to lead and manage a small crew Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Hardscape Experience (Preferred) Applicants should have experience with some or all of the following: Paver patio installation Walkways and pathways Retaining walls (block or stone systems) Concrete or masonry work Excavation and site preparation Base preparation (gravel, compaction, screeding) Drainage installation (French drains, pipe systems, dry wells) Cutting pavers and stone with saws Reading basic layout plans and elevations Operating equipment such as: Plate compactors Skid steers Mini excavators Power cutters and masonry saws Landscape Maintenance Skills Candidates should also be comfortable performing and supervising weekly landscape maintenance including: Commercial and residential mowing Line trimming / weed whacking Bed edging and definition Hedge and shrub trimming Leaf cleanup and seasonal property cleanups Mulching and bed preparation Basic plant care and pruning Blowing off all hard surfaces and walkways Operating commercial landscape equipment Additional Preferred Skills Crew leadership / foreman experience Ability to train and supervise team members Knowledge of landscape equipment maintenance Experience working on high-end properties with attention to detail What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($20
