Landscape Laborer

Overview:

We are a growing construction and landscaping company looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our crew. Our projects include landscape installation, mulch installation, plantings, bed prep, landscape fabric installation, and general outdoor construction labor. We take pride in quality work, professionalism, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Install mulch, plants, shrubs, and landscape materials Prepare landscape beds including weeding, cleanup, and removal of old shrubs/plants Install landscape fabric and edging Assist with plant layouts and installations Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Work efficiently with the team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications:

Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of horticulture principles and tree care practices is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and construction environments Familiar with paver installation Join us to develop your skills in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces! Pay:

Up to $35.00 per hour
