In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces through hands-on gardening, landscape maintenance, and farming activities. Duties Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and maintaining diverse garden beds and landscapes. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as trimming, edging, and soil preparation. Support irrigation setup and maintenance to ensure optimal watering schedules for plants and lawns. Contribute to greenhouse activities including planting seedlings, transplanting, and monitoring plant health. Perform lawn care tasks like mowing, aerating, fertilizing, and weed control to keep outdoor spaces pristine. Help with landscape maintenance projects including mulching, planting new greenery, and seasonal clean-up. Collaborate with team members to learn farming techniques and assist in crop cultivation efforts. Skills Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, and landscape maintenance. Experience with irrigation systems, greenhouse operations, and growing plants or crops. Familiarity with lawn care equipment, hand tools (such as shovels or pruners), and power tools (such as trimmers or blowers). Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning and leadership development. Basic understanding of farming practices and agriculture-related activities is a plus.
