We provide lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and planting services for residential and commercial clients. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a strong, team-oriented environment. Position Overview We are seeking reliable individuals to join our team as Landscape Crew Members. This role includes a variety of outdoor landscaping and maintenance tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a crew. What You Will Be Doing Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns Assisting with landscape installation and planting projects Performing mulching, cleanups, and general outdoor labor Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely Supporting job site organization and cleanup Working with a team to complete daily assignments

Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Additional hours available during peak season Year-round work may be available based on workload Pay & Benefits $18/hour (entry-level) Up to $23/hour (based on experience) 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Company-provided uniforms Life insurance Opportunity for advancement and growth within the company Requirements Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, walking, standing, and performing outdoor physical work throughout the shift Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable and able to consistently report to a 7:30 AM start time Willingness to learn and follow direction Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is helpful, but not required Valid driver's license preferred Hiring Process Applications may be retained for future openings based on business needs.
