Sembrador Landscaping is a dedicated lawn care and landscaping company committed to delivering high-quality results for our clients. We take pride in our work, our crew, and the communities we serve. We're growing and looking for reliable, skilled team members who take pride in what they do.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Landscaper to join the Sembrador team. You'll work alongside our crew on residential and commercial properties, performing a variety of lawn care and landscaping tasks. This is a hands-on, outdoor role — perfect for someone who takes pride in their craft and wants consistent, year-round work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Mow, edge, and trim lawns using commercial mowers and equipment Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds Apply mulch, topsoil, and other landscape materials Perform spring and fall cleanups Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times Load and unload equipment and materials from company vehicles Assist with hardscaping projects (pavers, retaining walls, edging) as needed Communicate professionally with clients and team members on site
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of hands-on landscaping experience Proficiency with commercial mowers and landscaping equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform physical labor — lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in all weather Dependable, punctual, and a team player Positive attitude and strong work ethic A PLUS (NOT
REQUIRED
) Hardscaping experience (pavers, retaining walls, stone edging, concrete work) Knowledge of local plants and turf management Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with irrigation systems
SCHEDULE & PAY
Pay:
$18•25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday•Friday (full-time)
Optional:
Sundays 9:00 AM•12:00 PM (additional hours available, not required)
