Estate Gardener 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Tinton Falls, NJ 07753 Full-time Twin Resources, Inc. 16 reviews Full-time Estate Gardener Position Overview We are a large design/build construction firm specializing in landscape construction and maintenance services. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estate Gardener to maintain and enhance high-end residential estate properties. This position is responsible for the care and presentation of ornamental gardens, planting beds, containers, lawns, shrubs, trees, and seasonal displays. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining exceptional property appearance standards and has a strong understanding of horticultural practices and fine gardening techniques. This is a hands-on position requiring a passion for horticulture, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining luxury estate landscapes at the highest level. Responsibilities
  • Maintain ornamental gardens, planting beds, lawns, and estate grounds to exceptional standards
  • Perform planting, pruning, deadheading, edging, mulching, weeding, and seasonal cleanup
  • Monitor and maintain plant health, including identifying pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
  • Care for annual flowers, perennials, shrubs, trees, and container plantings
  • Assist with seasonal color rotations and garden enhancements
  • Operate and maintain gardening and landscape equipment safely
  • Monitor irrigation systems and hand-water plant material as needed
  • Apply fertilizers and treatments in accordance with company and industry standards
  • Maintain greenhouse or nursery areas if applicable
  • Ensure estate grounds remain clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times
  • Communicate with supervisors or estate managers regarding property conditions and recommendations
  • Assist with snow removal or seasonal property maintenance when required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in estate gardening, horticulture, or high-end landscape maintenance preferred
  • Strong plant identification and pruning knowledge
  • Understanding of proper horticultural practices and seasonal garden care
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience operating landscape equipment and tools
  • Valid driver's license preferred
