We pride ourselves on clean cuts, crisp edges, and properties that make homeowners proud. We're growing fast for the 2026 season and need skilled crew members who take pride in their work. The Position We're hiring experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Members to run commercial zero-turn mowers on residential and commercial properties throughout Monmouth County. This is not entry-level•we need guys who already know their way around a mower. Pay $25•30/hour based on experience, speed, and quality of work Weekly pay, direct deposit available Overtime available during peak season Year-round work possible for the right candidates What You'll Do Operate zero-turn mowers safely and efficiently String trim, edge, and blow properties to a professional standard Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean truck/trailer Represent CMR Landscape Design professionally on customer properties Work Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season. 6:30am start time What You Need Must have experience running zero-turn mowers•no training on basic operation Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to our Middletown shop Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions Attention to detail•we don't leave stragglers or messy edges Team player attitude. No drama, no shortcuts Landscaping or lawn care experience required
