2-3 Years Earthworks Clearing Co. by Visions Konect is seeking a reliable and experienced Bilingual Landscape & Hardscape Technician to join our growing field operations team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has 2-3 years of hands-on experience , and is skilled in both landscape maintenance and hardscape installation. This position involves working on residential and commercial properties performing lawn and grounds services, as well as assisting with patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor improvement projects. Key Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, pruning, and seasonal cleanups Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, and stone borders Operate landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, compactors, and hand tools Assist with grading, excavation preparation, and site cleanup Plant shrubs, trees, flowers, and other landscape materials Read and follow project plans, measurements, and installation layouts Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and clients in both English and Spanish Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally, and on schedule Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in landscaping and/or hardscape installation Bilingual (English and Spanish) required Experience with paver installation, stone work, and general landscape maintenance preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, values professionalism, and enjoys creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.
