  • Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments!
In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscaping projects, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create stunning landscapes that enhance community aesthetics and provide enjoyment for clients. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in gardening, tree care, irrigation, and the use of power tools while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general garden maintenance to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and small to perform landscape tasks efficiently Support tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and planting to promote healthy growth Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, is preferred but will train Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions; must be able to lift heavy materials regularly Knowledge of landscaping principles including horticulture, tree care, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is a plus but not requird Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety procedures Prior experience in outdoor maintenance is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
