We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper to maintain the grounds and exterior appearance across our dealership locations. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, well-kept environment that reflects our commitment to quality — because the first impression starts before a customer ever walks through the door. Responsibilities Maintain lawns, shrubs, trees, and flower beds across multiple dealership locations through mowing, trimming, pruning, edging, and weeding Apply fertilizers, mulch, and soil treatments to promote healthy plant growth Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems Perform seasonal tasks such as planting, leaf removal, and snow/ice management as needed Monitor grounds for safety hazards, damage, or maintenance issues and report concerns promptly Keep outdoor areas — including parking lots, walkways, and building perimeters — clean, safe, and visually presentable Coordinate with facilities and management to prioritize tasks across multiple locations Requirements Prior experience in landscaping, grounds-keeping, or a related field preferred Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (travel between locations required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits Competitive salary plus performance-based commissions or bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Ongoing manufacturer and dealership training opportunities Employee vehicle purchase program We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
