Job Description
Weststates Property Management is accepting applications for a full time Grounds Cleaning Technician. Qualified applicants must have a general grounds experience who will maintain the aesthetic appeal, safety, and functionality of outdoor spaces and properties. Will be responsible for year-round landscaping, lawn care, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep. Applicant must be able to lift 50 lbs, understanding the position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. Must be a team player with own transportation. The position entails accurate completion of daily paperwork.
