Job Overview:

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our extended stay property while delivering exceptional service to our guests and visitors. As a Groundskeeper for our extended stay property, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscaping, exterior areas, and overall curb appeal of the property with a strong emphasis on accountability and legendary customer service. You will work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure the grounds are clean, well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for guests, visitors, and staff. Essential Functions (including but are not limited to): Take ownership of groundskeeping tasks and ensure they are completed quickly and efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to residents by maintaining a clean and inviting outdoor environment. Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas. Remove litter, debris, pet waste, and hazardous materials from the grounds to create a safe and pleasant environment for residents and visitors. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address landscaping-related maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, preferably in a hotel or multifamily housing environment. Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering legendary service to residents. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical fitness and stamina to perform groundskeeping tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods. Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, squat, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven surfaces, stairs, sidewalks, and parking areas. Ability to safely use basic hand tools and groundskeeping equipment.
