Landscaping and Maintenance

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscaping and Maintenance Technician, where your passion for outdoor beauty and hands-on skills will transform and maintain stunning landscapes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of landscaping projects, maintaining lawns, trees, and hardscape features, and ensuring the overall health and aesthetics of outdoor spaces. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to creating inviting environments that inspire and delight. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements like pathways and patios Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including excavators for landscape installation and repairs Conduct tree trimming, pruning, and tree care to promote safety and growth Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Execute snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible Assist with gardening tasks such as planting, mulching, and soil preparation to enhance landscape aesthetics Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment like excavators Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening roles Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design fundamentals Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, digging, and bending for extended periods Familiarity with snow plowing equipment during winter seasons is a plus Strong understanding of tree care practices such as trimming and pruning Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in landscaping, horticulture, construction, and maintenance.
