We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent and skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance. As a full-time ground keeper, the job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns
- Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Rake leaves, clear debris, and dispose of waste
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal or leaf cleanup
- Inspect grounds for safety hazards and report issues
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Applicants MUST have previous experience in grounds.
