BLVD Residential is a growing multifamily property management company committed to creating exceptional communities for our residents. We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team in Reno, Nevada. This position plays a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, curb appeal, and appearance of the community while supporting the property management team in providing an outstanding resident experience.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, including common areas, amenities, leasing office, laundry facilities, and vacant apartment homes. Perform daily property walks to remove litter, debris, and other hazards. Clean and maintain trash enclosures and waste collection areas. Assist with light maintenance duties as assigned. Ensure community grounds are clean, attractive, and well-maintained at all times. Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products according to company policies and procedures. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and property issues to management. Follow all company safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of groundskeeping, housekeeping, janitorial, porter, custodial, or related experience required . High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities effectively. Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, crouching, and climbing stairs. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
