In this energetic position, you will be responsible for ensuring landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and well-kept through hands-on maintenance, landscaping, and gardening tasks. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into inviting, functional areas that enhance the overall aesthetic and usability of properties. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing to maintain lush, healthy turf. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, planting flowers, and mulching beds to promote plant health and visual appeal. Operate hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers, chainsaws) safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for pedestrians. Use heavy equipment like excavators when necessary for hardscape installation or large-scale landscaping projects. Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.

Requirements Experience:

2+ years of professional landscaping maintenance experience Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience handling hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and maintenance. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, tree trimming techniques, and landscape design basics. Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites, equipment operation, and landscape work. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with colleagues on diverse projects.
