Overview We are seeking an experienced Landscape & Paver Installer with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail. In this role, you will be a key player in executing hardscape and landscape projects, specifically focusing on high-quality interlocking pavers, retaining walls, and outdoor living features.

Note:

This is not an entry-level mowing position. We require a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in landscaping and hardscaping.

Responsibilities Paver & Hardscape Installation:

Excavating, grading, prepping bases, screeding sand, laying pavers, cutting borders, and operating compactors.

Retaining Walls:

Building block or stone retaining walls and steps to exact specifications.

General Landscaping:

Planting trees/shrubs, installing sod, spreading mulch, and setting up basic irrigation or low-voltage lighting.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operating hand tools, power tools, and light machinery (skid steers, trenchers, cut-off saws).

Site Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in landscaping and/or hardscape installation (specifically pavers).

Physical Fitness:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, bend, kneel, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Reliability:

Punctual, dependable, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Transportation:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the shop or job sites.

Teamwork:

Ability to follow directions from a crew leader and work efficiently with a team.
