As a Landscaping professional, you will be responsible for creating, and enhancing beautiful, functional landscapes that inspire and delight. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and some machinery, and contribute to the transformation of residential, or public spaces. Your skills in landscape maintenance will help us deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations. Whether you're trimming bushs or installing landscapw features, your work will make a lasting impact on the environment and community. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and gardening to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as mowers and installing landscape features like landscape paper and edging. Conduct lawn care activities such as aeration, and leaf cleanup during seasonal changes Maintain equipment including sharpening blades, cleaning tools, and ensuring all machinery is in safe working condition Provide small tree care services including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth Experience Prior experience in landscaping or related fields is mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates Mechanical knowledge related to operating lawn care equipment, and power tools Familiarity with snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access in all seasons Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree trimming and leaf cleanup High attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety standards in all landscaping activities
