Overview Se habla espanol. Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll engage in a variety of landscaping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial properties. Your hands-on work will contribute to creating inviting landscapes, maintaining lush lawns, and supporting overall landscape projects. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers using hand tools and power tools Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features by pruning trees and shrubs, performing tree trimming, and caring for garden beds Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and other machinery safely for site preparation and hardscape installation Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members Assist with hardscape projects including patio installation, walkway construction, and retaining wall setup Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate landscaping equipment and hand tools effectively Experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture practices Ability to use power tools safely and efficiently in various landscaping tasks Knowledge of tree care techniques such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth Prior experience with irrigation systems or snow plowing is a plus but not mandatory Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, construction, and equipment operation This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or related fields.
