Pay and Benefits $20/hour 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday-Friday Full-time, year-round position Mileage reimbursement Medical, dental, and vision benefits with employer contribution Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) match Professional development reimbursement Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities Enhance the curb appeal of our properties by maintaining the parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces. Light landscaping such as grass cutting, weeding, mulching, and pruning. Snow removal as needed, including clearing and salting walkways. Clean interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and property amenities. Help with basic repairs and maintenance as needed. Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate.
