About the
Position:
We're looking for an Experienced Landscape Technician with leadership potential to join our team. This hands-on role requires strong landscaping skills with opportunities to develop into a leadership position as you demonstrate capability.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all soft landscaping tasks professionally Plant and maintain annual and perennial gardens Perform quality bed weeding and mulching Apply basic landscaping design principles Provide excellent customer service Demonstrate initiative and leadership potential
Qualifications:
Professional landscaping experience Knowledge of common plants and their care requirements Understanding of basic landscape design Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills Hardscaping experience a plus
Hours & Compensation:
Starting at $19/hour with potential to earn up to $23/hour Part-time with maximum available hours Opportunity for advancement as you develop leadership skills
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
