In this role, you will lead a team of skilled technicians to deliver exceptional outdoor services, ensuring every property is beautifully maintained and exceeds client expectations. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and foster a positive team environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care, landscaping, and garden maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results Lead a team of crew members in performing tasks such as mowing, trimming, and general landscape upkeep Oversee safety protocols and ensure all team members follow proper procedures Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscape needs and provide professional recommendations Conduct quality inspections of completed work to maintain company standards and customer satisfaction Assist with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring tools are used safely and efficiently Support the training and development of crew members and safety procedures Skills Proven experience with a strong understanding of lawn care techniques Supervising experience leading small teams in outdoor environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team coordination Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy equipment, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Familiarity with maintenance of landscaping tools and Lawn equipment to ensure safety and efficiency Join us as a Lawn Care Crew Leader to make a tangible impact on outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team.
