Job Description

Job Overview Join our team as landscaper/hardscapes, working alongside an experienced business owner. Pay based on benefits and job performance. 7 day paid trial period. Must have reliable transportation and ability to show up to job sites on time. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for planting, digging, and installing landscape/hardscape features. Install and repair landscape features like patios, walkways (hardscape), retaining walls, and garden beds. Experience Demonstrated mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or gardening is required. Hands-on experience operating power tools such as trimmers, blowers Knowledge of construction principles relevant to hardscape installation and site preparation. Strong understanding of safety procedures when working with landscape equipment Professional behavior on job sites and when interacting with customers and coworkers
