Landscape Laborer

Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscape Laborer and be a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in various weather conditions, applying your hands-on skills to maintain and enhance landscapes. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as edging, digging, and installing landscape features. Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, weeds, and excess materials to uphold safety standards and aesthetic appeal. Collaborate with team members on tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, tillers and other small machines. Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately while working independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials when needed. Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, tree care, snow removal, and maintenance tasks.
