Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Golf Course Maintenance Worker to help maintain the overall appearance and playability of our golf course. This role involves a variety of outdoor tasks to ensure the grounds are kept in top condition for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment Operate and maintain landscaping machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Perform course setup duties, including moving tee markers, cups, and signage Maintain bunkers by raking and edging Assist with irrigation system operation, repair, and monitoring Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf treatments as directed Remove debris such as leaves, branches, and trash from the course Support general landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, and sod work Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of turf management practices is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform manual labor Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30, depending on experience and responsibilities Opportunities for advancement and skill development

Schedule:

Full-time positions available Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
