In this energetic role, you will be instrumental in transforming outdoor spaces, ensuring they are beautiful, functional, and well-maintained. Your hands-on work will involve everything from lawn care and gardening to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Duties Maintain landscape features through pruning, tree trimming, planting, and seasonal gardening activities Operate hand tools and power tools such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and saws safely and efficiently Assist with landscape installation projects including hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures. Use excavators and other construction equipment for site preparation or major landscaping projects when needed Qualifications Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, skid steer and trucks/ trailers Basic understanding of horticulture principles and plant care techniques Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning Strong work ethic with physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in construction or hardscape projects Join us to help craft beautiful outdoor environments while developing your expertise in landscaping!
