In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscape projects, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance. Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, digging, and installing landscape features Support the installation of hardscape elements like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, and irrigation system maintenance to ensure lush, thriving lawns Contribute to tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth Help with snow plowing and removal during winter months to maintain safe access to properties Maintain equipment and tools regularly for optimal performance and safety Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators or similar machinery Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred Ability to follow safety protocols while operating equipment like snow plows or power tools Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in construction and landscape projects Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, or hardscape installation is a plus but not required Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is advantageous for job site access Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts help craft beautiful outdoor environments!
