Nursery Laborer Position:
Full-Time Yard Hand / Nursery Laborer About UsWe are a family-owned wholesale landscape nursery serving landscapers, contractors, property managers, and homeowners. We take pride in producing and maintaining high-quality plant material and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Load and unload trees, shrubs, and nursery stock Assist customers with plant selection and loading Water and maintain nursery inventory Move plants throughout the yard using wheelbarrows, carts, and equipment Organize and maintain clean yard and work areas Receive and stage incoming deliveries Help with digging, planting, pruning, and general nursery tasks Operate equipment safely after training Perform other duties as needed during busy seasons Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to follow instructions and work independently Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons Preferred Qualifications Experience in landscaping, construction, agriculture, or nursery work Knowledge of plants and trees Equipment operation experience Valid driver's license What We're Looking For This is physically demanding outdoor work. The right candidate enjoys staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a hardworking team. We value reliability, honesty, and a willingness to learn more than prior nursery experience. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Full-time, year-round position available for the right candidate
