Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Job Summary Hiring laborers for both Orchard Vali and Tanner Valley Golf Courses. Competitive wages and free golf as benefits Responsibilities Maintain the health and appearance of the golf course by performing lawn care, including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing Operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently to keep fairways, greens, and surrounding areas in top condition Assist with irrigation system management by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering schedules Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance course aesthetics Use hand tools for detailed gardening work including pruning, trimming, and soil preparation Support overall landscaping efforts by maintaining bunkers, pathways, and other course features Collaborate with team members to identify areas needing special attention or repair and execute maintenance plans promptly Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols Knowledge of irrigation systems and basic lawn care practices is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of course appearance Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting heavy objects, and walking across uneven terrain Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaborative efforts in maintaining the course's beauty Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping, gardening, and groundskeeping Embark on a rewarding career where your hands-on skills make a tangible difference!
