• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mower/Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through expert mowing, landscaping, and horticultural practices. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of landscaping tools and equipment, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and landscaped areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, trimming trees, shrubbery, and flower beds Use power tools and machinery like excavators for hardscape installation or removal projects Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Assist with landscape construction projects such as installing pathways, retaining walls, or garden beds Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments Implement gardening practices that promote plant health and growth according to horticultural best practices Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and power tools Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred Familiarity with landscaping techniques, hardscape installation, and horticulture principles Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in outdoor environments Experience with excavators or construction equipment is a plus Knowledge of irrigation systems and snow plowing procedures is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join our team if you're passionate about creating beautiful landscapes!
