Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Landscape Maintenance Gardener to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring that gardens, lawns, and green spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-kept. Your energetic approach will help create inviting environments that inspire and delight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, applying your horticultural skills and love for gardening to transform landscapes into stunning visual masterpieces. Duties Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to promote lush, healthy turf. Maintain flower beds, shrubbery, trees, and other plantings by pruning, trimming, planting new flora, and removing dead or diseased vegetation. Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners and spades as well as power tools including hedge trimmers and blowers to carry out landscape maintenance tasks efficiently. Implement landscape design plans by installing new features like pathways or decorative elements when needed. Proven experience in gardening, horticulture or landscape maintenance is highly desirable. Familiarity with irrigation systems and greenhouse operations will be a strong asset. Knowledge of farming or agricultural practices that support sustainable landscape development. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
