TGMDanada.com Job Summary The Porter/Groundskeeper's primary duty is to ensure the general cleanliness of all assigned work areas.
Essential Functions:
Maintains a professional courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Delivers on TGM brand promise of providing a premier living experience and exceptional value through reliable and quality customer service. Assures safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines. Ensures compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner. Shovels and removes snow and ice from designated areas as appropriate to the property. Maintains and waters flowers and grounds throughout the property. Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to painting and necessary repairs throughout the property. Installs, removes, and maintains outdoor marketing materials and parking/traffic signs. Follows TGM's dress code policy, including selection of outfits from the designated corporate clothing catalog. Maintains a clean, neat, professional appearance at all times. Cleans, sweeps, and generally removes all trash and litter from the grounds, parking areas, tennis courts, pool areas, common areas, amenities and other assigned work areas. Reports all acts of vandalism, destruction of property, and suspicious persons observed within the community to the Community Director or other designed person.

Updating of Knowledge:
The knowledge required to perform this job once learned has frequent changes, but the changes are relatively minor.
