Responsibilities :

Grounds Lead•Lead and guide the Maintenance team to complete all tasks given. Metal recycling Lawn cutting and trimming Snow removal Maintaining gardens and lawns, including planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching Operating and maintaining lawn and gardening equipment Other Duties may be assigned

Requirements:

Management Experience is a plus Valid driver's license and good drivers license a must Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Good work ethic and attitude Good Communication and motivation skills.
