Job Overview We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sealcoating & Landscaping Technicians. This role includes a variety of outdoor tasks such as sealcoating, lawn care, and general property maintenance.

No experience? No problem — we're willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Perform sealcoating applications on asphalt surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces through cleaning and minor repairs
  • Complete landscaping tasks (mowing, trimming, mulching, planting
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, professional work environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service Qualifications Experience preferred but not required
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills Pay and Benefits Starting pay: $18/hour
  • Up to $26/hour for experienced candidates!
