Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Landscaper/Groundskeeper to join our team and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of landscaping and groundskeeping tasks that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of our properties. Your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture will ensure that every area looks pristine, healthy, and inviting. Responsibilities Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to keep turf healthy and vibrant Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements through pruning, trimming, planting, and cleaning Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Conduct irrigation system inspections, repairs, and adjustments to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns Execute tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal with attention to safety standards. Qualifications Experience in landscaping, horticulture or groundskeeping with knowledge of lawn care practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and other landscaping equipment Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including tree care, gardening, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for completing multiple projects efficiently Valid driver's license preferred; certifications in landscaping or horticulture are a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction equipment and power tools Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant environments that inspire! $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
