Lawn/ Landscape Laborer

Overview Join our fast growing lawn and landscape team as a Lawn and Landscape Technician! In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through hands-on work with lawn care, landscape maintenance, hardscape projects and snow maintenance. Duties Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups to ensure healthy, vibrant turf. Assist with landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning ornamental plants/ shrubs, and installing new landscaping features. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment like trimmers, blowers, and edgers safely and efficiently. Operate commercial zero turn mowing equipment. Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for clients. Room for advancement into higher operational roles is available. Qualifications Mechanical knowledge or experience with landscaping equipment is highly desirable. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or snow maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, zero turn lawn mowers, weed trimmers and blowers is desired. Knowledge of horticulture principles or tree care techniques will enhance your effectiveness in the role. Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills. Excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with crew members on diverse projects. $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
