This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in creating attractive landscapes, and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. About Plant Concepts Plant Concepts is committed to providing professional landscape, horticulture, and facility maintenance services throughout our community. We value integrity, teamwork, safety, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Weed garden and landscape beds Apply herbicides for weed control safely and responsibly Water flowers, shrubs, and ornamental plantings Apply fertilizers and assist with plant health care Perform light pruning and deadheading of flowers and shrubs Help maintain the overall appearance of landscape beds and gardens Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Landscaping, horticulture, or garden maintenance experience is a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to perform physical work including bending, kneeling, lifting, and walking for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable and punctual What We Offer Paid training and ongoing support Flexible part-time schedule Opportunity for advancement and full-time employment Positive team-oriented work environment Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications If you enjoy working with plants and flowers and are looking for an opportunity to grow with a professional landscaping company, we encourage you to apply.
