Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscaper to join the team at 10X Lawn & Landscape. In this role, you'll be responsible for helping maintain and improve residential and commercial properties, ensuring each job is completed efficiently and to a high standard. From mowing and trimming to mulch installs and general property upkeep, your work will play a key role in delivering clean, professional results our clients expect. This is a paid position with the opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and build real, hands-on experience in the landscaping field. We're a growing company, so there is room to learn, take on more responsibility, and grow with us over time. Responsibilities Perform lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Complete mulch installs, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups Maintain shrubs, small trees, and landscape beds with attention to detail Safely operate equipment such as commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers Assist with landscape projects including planting, light grading, and installs Keep job sites clean, organized, and running efficiently Work with your crew to complete jobs on schedule and to company standards Requirements Reliable and shows up on time—this is a must Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in all conditions Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, long hours on your feet) Experience in landscaping or lawn care is a plus, but not required Ability to safely operate or learn landscaping equipment Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license is a plus Why Join 10X Lawn & Landscape If you're someone who takes pride in your work and wants steady, hands-on outdoor work, you'll fit in here.
