This position plays a key role in delivering the high-quality landscape maintenance services our clients expect. Due to continued company growth, we are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to build a long-term career in the landscaping industry. For qualified candidates, this role offers advancement opportunities into Crew Leader and Supervisory positions, including responsibilities related to crew management, training, and business development. Key Responsibilities Work closely with Crew Leaders and team members to complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently and safely Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions Represent the company professionally while upholding our values and industry-leading standards Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and debris cleanup Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, planting, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanups Support additional job site needs as required Qualifications The following qualities are essential: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependability, honesty, and professionalism Ability to work effectively as part of a team Preferred qualifications include: 2+ years of professional lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Willingness to train motivated candidates with related experience Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for up to 8+ hours per day Safe operation of landscaping equipment and tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to meet all state requirements regarding drug and alcohol use Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Schedule Monday-Friday 40+ hours per week Flexible scheduling available based on workload Overtime required when necessary Occasional weekend work may be needed due to weather delays Potential for year-round employment for the right candidate Compensation $18.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
